We try to keep this bit to a minimum, but it’s here in case you want to know how we work. Engauge is the trading name for MSA Interactive Ltd, so to avoid confusion, for the purpose of this page, MSA Interactive and Engauge are the same entity.
Personal information submitted via our internet sites will be used only for the purpose stated on those sites, or in associated emails. We are registered with the ICO and comply with the Data Protection Act.
Limit of Liability
Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will MSA Interactive Ltd be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on any of our sites or any products or services provided by us.
It is the company’s policy in principle not to edit or otherwise amend replies received to an assessment or survey. However, if any information or opinion is revealed in any response that has ethical or sensitive personal implications, the Management reserves the right to refer to MSA’s Board of Advisors for guidance.
