The Engauge team blends award-winning experience of starting and growing a business with a wealth of expertise in delivering bespoke talent management tools that generate actionable results.
Vandy grew up in South Africa where she qualified in accounting, information management and psychology. She moved to the UK in 1996 but before that, she set up and developed a consultancy in Johannesburg, specialising in accounting, taxation and business management.
Vandy’s experience in growing a business and her understanding of how information systems interface with business processes led her to investigate ways in which highly reactive IT systems can be developed to enhance individual performance. Her vision for continuous improvement has taken Engauge to the doorsteps of some of the world’s biggest companies, but being a down-to-earth type, she still favours the practical, personal approach to professional and personal development. She has an analytical brain, which she blends with a healthy dose of creativity to advise her clients on the best approach to developing or engaging their staff.
Vandy is a self-taught artist in her spare time and she was awarded the IOD’s Enterprise Award in the East of England’s Businesswoman of the Year Awards in 2008.

Lori has the ability to look at the world sideways and find new approaches to creative challenges.
Lori’s first illustrated piece of writing sprung from her pencil when she was five years old and involved a family of greedy ducklings who ate their father’s food before he returned from a hard day of swimming upstream.
